Location

The Villa is located within the Capilla de Piedra residential complex. In the arrival instructions, we sent you two addresses along with photos to guide you.

The first location is for reaching the entrance of the complex. Once you show the QR code we previously sent via your reservation chat, follow the photos provided to guide you to your Villa.

Parking

Each Villa has an assigned parking space in front of the buildings. The specific space will be indicated in your arrival information.
Please park a second vehicle on the opposite side of the buildings.

Be sure to respect the assigned spaces to avoid a monetary fine.

Shuttle Rules
  • The main destination is Centro; supermarket stops only on designated days.
  • Be on time at the pickup points—no delays.
  • Pickup/drop-off points: Casa Club, La Capillita, Centro (Mesones & Relox), Soriana, City Market, and La Comer (parking lot).
  • The driver will not wait beyond the scheduled time.
  • Return times may vary slightly due to traffic—please arrive early and be patient.
  • Pets are allowed but must be leashed and kept off the seats (owners are responsible).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Behave respectfully inside the vehicle.
  • No food, candy, or alcoholic beverages allowed on board.

Access to the amenities at Capilla de Piedra is by reservation only—one reservation per day per group. Please contact us through your reservation channel so we have all your information on hand and can assist you.

Vacate the area 5 minutes before the end of your session.

🌅 Early Bag Drop-Off (From 11:00am)
While our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, we're usually able to accommodate luggage drop-off after 11:00 AM.

❗️ Please note that the group's main guest, meaning the person making the reservation, must be over 30 years old.

The water heater remains on pilot mode. Upon arrival, turn the pilot knob to "on" and adjust the temperature knob to your preference.

The hot water tap in the showers is on the left side (when facing the faucets).

Please note that the water heaters are tank-style, which means they require some recovery time between uses. This may prevent the water from reaching its maximum temperature immediately.

The heaters are located at the entrance of the Villa. If you're unsure of the location, feel free to send us a message.

If the water heater in your Villa is a tankless model, no action is needed.

  • Makeup, hair dye, shoe grease, blood, mud, etc… are difficult stains to remove from towels and other fibers.  In the event that we are unable to remove them, a replacement charge will be made.
  • Please make sure to return all sets of keys in full. This will help us avoid the unpleasant need to charge for lock replacement and new key sets.
